Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities Skills: - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (preferred) - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Ability to sell products and persuade customers to make purchases - Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail sales (preferred) - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling - Knowledge of technical sales or willingness to learn about technical products - Multilingual abilities are a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
