Join us this summer at Canaras as a staff associate where you will live on site along 2,000 feet of waterfront property on beautiful Upper Saranac Lake in the historic Adirondack Park. As a Canaras staff member, you will be provided with on-site housing in one of our cabins, free meals cooked from scratch in our beautiful dining hall, access to water sports, hiking trails and more! You will spend your summer with fellow Laurentians and St. Lawrence University Alumni while learning invaluable skills and experience while making lifelong memories.

General Information:

• You are responsible for arranging transportation to and from Canaras

Must become CPR certified and complete and pass the NYS Boat Safety Course and all other university required training. All training will be provided and paid for by St. Lawrence University staff.

Primary Duties:

• Miscellaneous Projects: Cleaning path lamps, painting cabins and other duties to be assigned by the Camp Director and kitchen manager.

These are student positions and primarily planned for St. Lawrence college students although others may be considered.
