Responsibilities

Performs routine to moderately complex surface preparation, painting, and finishing tasks, applying a variety of methods, media, and techniques to both interior and exterior surfaces.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Five (5) years experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred 2. Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints. 3. Valid state driver’s license. 4. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 5. Ability to obtain an OSHA 10 certificate within 6 months of hiring. 6. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
