Manage relationships through a portfolio of prospects, overseeing and personally executing solicitations and the closing of leadership gifts.
Researches, Identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards donors and prospects for the benefit of St. John Vianney High School.
Collaborates with the Director of Advancement to implement a comprehensive Annual Giving program, including appeals to current families, alumni, parents of graduates, and other constituent groups, that will increase participation and financial support to St. John Vianney High School.
Partners with the Director of Advancement to identify and solicit planned giving prospects.
Works with the Advancement Committee and other leadership volunteers to identify and cultivate relationships with prospective donors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 3-5 years of advancement experience.
Experience soliciting gifts of $1,000 or more.
Ability to represent the school to external constituents and work effectively with internal constituents across several levels.
Computer skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs experience with Raiser’s Edge donor software or similar fundraising software a plus.
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team oriented department.
Willingness to work evening and weekend hours as needed.

This is a full-time salaried position. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefit package including, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance and 403b retirement plan with an employer match. Reduced tuition is available for children attending select Catholic high schools. Vacation and personal time are offered in addition to most federal holidays and extended time off around major holidays.
