St. John Vianney High School is seeking an Assistant Principal for Student Development to begin the 2024-25 school year. St. John Vianney High School is a private, all-male college preparatory school in the Catholic, Marianist tradition. Located on 37-acres in Kirkwood, Missouri, Vianney serves over 560 young men in grades 9-12. The Assistant Principal for Student Development is a key member of the school’s leadership team, guiding daily operations and involved in all aspects of student development: spiritual, academic, emotional, social and behavioral. This position reports to the school’s Principal.Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Promote a strong Catholic, Marianist charism within all aspects of our school
• Collaborate with the leadership team, faculty, and staff to ensure mission fulfillment
• Counsel students on all aspects of their development
• Utilize restorative discipline to build the school climate and address student behavior
• Maintain a safe and secure learning environment
• Lead the Student Life Team to oversee and develop student programming
• Oversee the co-curricular activities of the school

Master’s Degree in Leadership/Administration and/or school administrator license preferred.
