Job Summary:
Fulfill IRF Medical Director role – minimum time commitment of 20 hours per weeks.
Medical Director responsibilities include:

• Face to face assessments of all IRF patients minimum 3 days a week
• Create and implements on going care plans for all patients
• Manage medical and physical changes and needs of patient in the inpatient space
• Review and assessment of all patient referrals
• Completion of all necessary regulatory compliance paperwork
• Outreach with local and regional referral sources
• Develop and build a collaborative team environment across all modalities
• Facilitate weekly interdisciplinary team meetings
• Attend and participate in family care conferences
