Job Description
As a Resident Assistant (RA) you will be responsible for assisting ourresidents with the best care possible. You will assist residents withActivities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming and hygiene needsas well as ambulation and range of motion. You will also, provide assistancewith meals to assure that nutrition and hydration needs are being met.Additionally, you'll help maintain a neat, orderly and safe environment.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to work as part of the team to ensure quality and safe delivery of home care services. The Resident Assistant works under the direction of a Registered Nurse to perform services for the individual receiving services as necessary to maintain his/her personal comfort.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in providing health and personal care services is desired.
