OUROPPORTUNITY:

JoinSt. Francis Health Services of Morris in the role of Employment Systems Benefit Associate. This full-time position reports to ourEmployment Systems Director and provides expertise and guidance throughout ourMinnesota based Care Centers employing 2,100 dedicated employees. This position will support the human resources staff with benefits; including enrollment and termination, verification of benefit census and accurate allocation to cost centers, process continuation of health coverage (COBRA) including notification and reporting in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations and as directed by the Employment Systems Director.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

  • Educational requirement: Associate degree or certification related to human resources.
  • Industry experience: Two years' experience in benefits administration preferred.
  • Competencies: 
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements, such as FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation preferred.
    • Solid understanding of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave administration preferred.
    • Proficient in using HRIS systems and other relevant software applications.

Work Location:

  • This position is based out of the corporate office in Morris,MN.
  • Remote or hybrid arrangement may be available for the rightcandidate.
  • Must reside in Minnesota.
