ST Engineering iDirect has been certified to multiple Management Systems including Quality (ISO9001), Information Security (ISO27001) and Environmental (ISO14001). We are looking for an intern to join our team from May to August. The ideal candidate will work with the Management System team on critical requirements of these Management Systems.

Our business internship provides an opportunity for students to gain practical experience with business process, basic knowledges of Management Systems. The intern will also learn several business tools.

Responsibilities

Intern Responsibilities:

• Managing documentation in ConvergePoint including uploading revised documentation, following up the expired documentation.
• Assisting internal audit program including:
  • Create audit reports.
  • Following up actions as the results of these audits.
  • Collecting performance objectives including product returns, on-time delivery, and supplier performance.
• Other tasks in related to Management Systems.

Qualifications

Qualification:

• Proceeding a bachelor’s degree in technical field, engineering preferred or equivalent work experiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to conceptualize, analyze, plan, and organize projects.
• Reasoning skills for problem identification and resolution.
• Have practical knowledge in tools and methods for performance measurement, data analysis and statistics.
• Computer literate able to utilize different software tools (MS office, MS project, MS PowerBI, SharePoint, JIRA…)
