```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the Clinical Dietetic Manager (CDM) program within the organization
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the dietary department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop appropriate dietary plans
- Provide health coaching and education to patients, assisting them in making informed decisions about their dietary choices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Manage tube feeding and other specialized diets as needed
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting dietary plans as necessary
- Develop and implement budgeting strategies for the dietary department
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the effectiveness of dietary interventions
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation techniques
