Greet and assist patients with scheduling appointments. Answer phone calls with courtesy to schedule. Gather demographic information accurately. Enter pertinent information into the EMR. Verify insurance and be comfortable in collecting copays and account balances. Occasionally, fill in for the Medical Assistant on their days off. This requires trained experience obtaining vitals. Understanding of HIPAA privacy laws and confidentiality rules.

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
