JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Experience
Minimum of one-year experience in a call center preferred. Computer experience in medical terminology is preferred.
Physical
This is a safety sensitive position. Please see the St. Bernards Substance Abuse Policy for further information.
Normal hospital environment. Occasional exposure to fumes, odors, biological and electrical hazards. Normal / corrected eyesight with close eye work.
Hearing of normal and soft tones. Uses computer, telephone, copier, fax, scanner and adding machine. Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Telephone Answering Service Operator will interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls for providing telephone answering service.
