St. Augustine Group Homes is seeking a Behavior Analyst (must be certified as a behavior analyst through the BACB) to work for our group home facility supporting people with a developmental disability.
Our behavior analysts work in a team environment made up of several behavior analysts and support staff. We support consumers who are making vast improvements in our group homes and community environments. The mission of St. Augustine Group Homes is to empower the consumers we serve to achieve their highest potential across all facets of life.
The Behavior Analyst will carry a caseload and be responsible for FBAs and BASPs, training staff, assisting with orientation, reviewing and writing quarterly/annual reports. The Behavior Analyst is also an active participant in our Crisis Team and will assist with the monitoring of behaviors.
The paperwork we do is primarily computer-based, so the ideal candidate will be well-versed in Microsoft systems.
Position Qualifications:
Education: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
Must have a valid driver’s license

Competitive salary: The Level 1 Behavior Analyst position starts at $65,000 - $75,000 – salary increase based on education and experience. Opportunities for bonuses ranging from $2,000 - $5,000 per year. Other benefits include Paid Time Off, Health Insurance including Dental and Vision, flexible schedules, annual evaluations with earned increases, and Life Insurance.
St. Augustine Group Homes is located in beautiful historic St. Augustine which is a city on the northeast coast of Florida. It lays claim to being the oldest city in the U.S. and is known for its Spanish colonial architecture as well as Atlantic Ocean beaches like sandy St. Augustine Beach and tranquil Crescent Beach.
