Ride The Wave Therapy Services has been serving the community of St. Augustine for the past few years and we are growing! We provide Occupational and Speech therapy as well as Applied Behavioral Health and it’s our goal to be able to provide our clients with the services they need in a single location. We're looking for a BCBA to leadour team of ABA service providers in our St. Augustine clinic.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

● Collaborate and create opportunities for children to learn in a fun and nurturing environment

● Contribute to the development of strategies for improving kids' functional social, life and communication skills and independence

● Create treatment plans to address goals and barriers to student learning

● Write and oversee behavior plans to prevent challenging behavior and to teach alternative skills

● Manage a team of behavior technicians for ensuring quality service delivery of ABA treatment

● Further our mission of helping our clients achieve their goals and live their lives to their highest potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Master’s degree in related field and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

● Two years experience working with children/individuals with disabilities

● Proven supervisory experience, OBM experience a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
