Immediate opening for Full Time Cook Supervisor
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Shifts are 5:30am-2pm and 11:00am-7:30pm (must be able to work both shifts)
cooking, supervisory experience, and ServSafe certification preferred
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation of meals in accordance with sanitary regulations and the standards and procedures established by the home in accordance with St. Anne Home’s ethical requirements as described in our Mission, Vision, Value, Pledge and Fundamental Commitment statements found in our Code of Corporate Compliance.
Coordinate work activities to achieve planned menus and make adjustments as necessary
Responsible for the preparation of therapeutic diets
Follow standardized recipes and make adjustments as needed
Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly
Supervise and adhere to sanitary and aseptic procedures
When call-offs are received, adjust work assignments as necessary
Supervise staff and evaluate performance of departmental personnel
Responsible for checking daily cleaning assignments/lists as assigned by the Director of Dining Services or Assistant Director of Dining Services
Receive and act upon oral complaints
