- Performs scheduled scrubbing, stripping and waxing of floors
- Performs seasonal maintenance of grounds
- Responds to service calls in appropriate manner
- Performs repairs under direction of supervisor
- Performs miscellaneous errands outside the home
- Performs miscellaneous minor repairs
- Cleaning of windows, as needed, a minimum of twice a year
- Assists Maintenance Personnel as needed
