Openings : Full Time 2nd Shift (2 : 30p-11 : 00p) Responsibilities :

• Cleans various areas of building according to schedule
• Performs scheduled scrubbing, stripping and waxing of floors
• Performs seasonal maintenance of grounds
• Responds to service calls in appropriate manner
• Performs repairs under direction of supervisor
• Performs miscellaneous errands outside the home
• Performs miscellaneous minor repairs
• Cleaning of windows, as needed, a minimum of twice a year
• Assists Maintenance Personnel as needed
• Collects and removes trash and recycling
• Perform other duties as assigned
