We are looking for a lover of nature to maintain our grounds,gardens, flowerbeds, shrubbery, trees and lawns. Maintain the lawns on a seasonal basis. Trim,prune, shape, and plant various trees, bushes, shrubs and other plants asdirected by the Maintenance Director. Maintain gardens, flowerbeds andshrubbery as necessary. Maintain all outside water lines and equipment asnecessary. Keep grounds free of debris and hazards. Provide preventativemaintenance on equipment and general maintenance within and around the communityas needed.
Whatyou will need for this position:
Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous grounds keeping is preferred, but not necessary.
An equivalent combination of experience, education, and otherqualifications may be considered.
Must have a valid Drivers’ License.
Must possess minor carpentry, painting and mechanical skills.
