The pay range for this position is $23.50-$25.94 per hour, depending on years of experience. 
*In walking distance of Light Rail Station
Must have experience in: 
1) Groundskeeping (50% of the time)
  •  Snow removal-shoveling and plowing (Clean MVR)
  •  Landscaping - mowing, fertilization, trimming, seeding, weeding, chemical application, etc.
  •  Maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Grounds- trash removal, seasonal projects, and street sweeping
  • Possible on-call shifts

2)  Maintenance (50% of the time)

  • Highly desired experience in maintenance in a commercial environment
  • Assist with preparing apartments for incoming /outgoing residents 
  • Complete work orders
  • Maintain building compliance on the local, state, federal, and corporate levels
  • High Level of Customer Service
  • Possible on-call shifts

We are looking for a lover of nature to maintain our grounds,gardens, flowerbeds, shrubbery, trees and lawns. Maintain the lawns on a seasonal basis. Trim,prune, shape, and plant various trees, bushes, shrubs and other plants asdirected by the Maintenance Director. Maintain gardens, flowerbeds andshrubbery as necessary. Maintain all outside water lines and equipment asnecessary. Keep grounds free of debris and hazards. Provide preventativemaintenance on equipment and general maintenance within and around the communityas needed.

Whatyou will need for this position:

Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous grounds keeping is preferred, but not necessary.

An equivalent combination of experience, education, and otherqualifications may be considered.

Must have a valid Drivers’ License.

Must possess minor carpentry, painting and mechanical skills.
