• Proficient with oxy / acetylene / propane torch, safety procedures.
• Proficient with flexshaft tools.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of torch-based metal work / fabrication.
• Light forging.
• Lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Stand and work for long periods of time.
• Ability to focus and do repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and receive constructive criticism well.
• Knowledge of basic PPE.
• Can work in silence or noisy shop environment.
• Strong work ethic, maintains a clean work area, punctual, committed.
• Be comfortable with switching gears in response to changing demands.
• Work well under pressure.
• Reliable transportation
• Full time (32-40hrs.) or part time (20-30hrs.)
• Must be okay with dogs.
• Be able work solo and in a team environment, with shared tools.You take pride in making proprietary pieces that improve people’s health and well-being.
