SST Direct is Hiring a Project Manager Near Boynton, FL

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking for a Project Manager for marine projects in Boynton Beach, FL!

PAY: $80k-$95k/year (Based Upon Experience)

HOURS: 40 hours/ week (Possible Over-Time)

SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Friday; 7:00am – 3:30 pm ( Possible weekends)

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: Temp to Perm

Project Manager Job Description:

Oversees and manages all aspects of construction projects within a marine environment, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to safety standards, and successful project completion within specified timelines and budgets.

Job Responsibilities for Project Manager:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with Marine construction
  • Must have experience with working with US Army Corps of Engineers
  • Must have experience with state and local government projects
  • Proficient with Scheduling
  • Experience in working marine projects
  • Experience in good working relationships with clients, sub-contractors and vendors.
  • Overseeing multiple trades on job sites.
  • Experienced with submitting pay apps, daily reports, submittals, Excel, Microsoft
  • Candidate needs must have experience in organizing field operations, estimating, project management of multiple projects from the office.
  • Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, sitting for long periods

Qualifications for Project Manager:

  • Proven experience in project management within the marine construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of marine construction techniques, equipment, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must have reliable transportation to the job site
