Responsibilities:

• Source vendors/subcontractors
• Work alongside Project Managers to execute remodels and rollouts across the country (retail and industrial)
• Coordiante multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and execution to project closure (no travel required)
• Provide high-level project/administrative support to the project management team
• Scheduling, budget tracking, invoicing preparation, and vendor management
• Communicate heavily with clients regarding the status of each project and any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate project documents, which includes project tasks, resources, and budget reports
• Schedule field service technicians
• Plan, schedule and maintain tight project deadline
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation

Qualifications:

• 5 years of construction project coordinating
• Superior critical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Must be highly motivated and have a strong work ethic
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
