SSS Of Parma is Hiring a Brand Manager Near Independence, OH

SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to develop and implement marketing activities that increase brand value and awareness. As a Brand Manager you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

  • Collaborate with owner, sales team, and marketing team to establish goals and strategic business objectives 
  • Manage Performance Marketing Activity
  • Define, implement, and execute measurable marketing strategies across all channels that deliver against key brand metrics, most important being in store velocity, growth leadership within the category, and brand awareness
  • Develop and maintain a measurement framework to facilitate continuous review, optimization, and reporting of media mix by channel / platform in alignment with marketing efficiency and ROI goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand consumer behavior, shopper insights, market share, and channel needs to inform integrated marketing programs with impactful outcomes
  • Educate the organization on marketing strategy, performance, analytics, and audience insights, providing awareness and transparency around brand marketing workstreams
  • Conduct data-driven experimentation to quickly identify, optimize and scale successful marketing efforts with ongoing consideration of experimental marketing channels
  • Plan and execute successful, well-coordinated go-to-market strategies for future product launches that deliver against identified launch goals
  • Oversee and scale the brand’s shopper marketing programs in partnership with the sales team to achieve financial business targets
  • Skills, including achieving results through others, engaging, and empowering others, coaching for performance, and working cross-functionality

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years’ marketing experience with at least 3 years of successful team leadership
  • An outgoing and experienced people leader who enjoys scaling diverse and dynamic, analytically minded marketing teams
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership experience building and scaling high-growth consumer brands with strong business acumen and understanding of the CPG and food and beverage sectors
  • Proven experience modeling and running statistically backed analyses, generating data and analytics that optimize strategy that improves results and increases ROI
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • A motivated, problem-solving self-starter who is nimble and adaptable within a rapidly changing environment
  • A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and is collaborative, yet decisive in making decisions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Prior experience in launching products and deployment

 PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet. Exposure to outdoor elements is possible daily. Must be responsible for dressing accordingly and being prepared for any type of weather.
