SSM Health Care Corporation is Hiring a Director of Strategy and Development - Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital Near St. Louis, MO

This role is responsible for:

Leading the strategic planning, growth & development of the pediatric and maternal services in the greater St. Louis Region, as well as supporting quaternary services throughout the system Expansion plans for new programs, services, physician clinics and new partnerships Partnering and serving as a member of the campus executive team at Cardinal Glennon Partnering as part of the larger strategy & business development team in the St. Louis / Southern Illinois Region

Ideal Candidate will possess:

5-7 years in strategic planning, business development, leadership roles in a matrixed health care organization Experience in pediatrics and maternal service line development Nimble, confident, creative and upbeat leader eager to learn each day Thrives in a fast paced environment, often with a large deal of ambiguity Engaged leader that can create aligned teams across many departments, operational, physician leaders and partnered organizations Analytical thinker, can manipulate, interpret and distill data readily into story telling and actionable growth Executive level presence, advanced speaking and presentation skills

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education

EXPERIENCE

Seven years' experience, with two years' in leadership
