Key consultant on the most complex application and data integration issues. Serves as a lead for coordination and customer service between business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Performs business process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology with a focus on application integrations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and works with vendors to solve more complex issues. Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process, or service improvements. Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution. Solves unique problems with broad impact on the business and leads others to solve complex problems; uses conceptual and innovative thinking for developing solutions. Impacts the direction and resource allocation for entire program, project, or services; works within general functional policies and industry guidelines. Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections, and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view. Drives decision making while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer and ensuring that requests are appropriately addressed. Uses awareness of department and system initiatives in a meaningful manner. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education EXPERIENCE Five years' experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
