Description

SSI is seeking an experienced program management professional with in-depth knowledge and hands-on work in the field of cyber security and RMF to support a new classified contract. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact with the customer, managing a team of 25-35 cyber security professionals in their daily duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include: 

· Manage the performance, cost, and schedule of the project. 

· Organize, plan, and direct all contractor support activities. 

· Formulate and review deliverable items and ensure conformance with all prescribed standards and schedules. 

· Manage the day-to-day activities and directly responsible for supervision of the personnel assigned to this task order.

· Responsible for the development and maintenance of project performance/status reports.

· Interface with project personnel and key stakeholders on a continuous basis.

Requirements

· Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or Mathematics.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) required or equivalent certification.

· Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the above-cited duties.

· Experience with leading or supervising a team and working as part of an integrated product team (IPT) to deliver services to customers. 

· Must have experience with government contracting and meeting monthly deliverables.

· Must possess strong customer service, problem solving, oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

· Must be able to work and lead under pressure in a complex and changing environment.

· Must be local to and able to work onsite as needed at Ft. Meade.

· Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
