Job Description:

ScrumMaster roles will be aligned to Agile Delivery teams transitioning to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Domains: Data Architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud, Systems Reliability, Automation Foundation technology focused teams

• Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): 3-5 yrs. Scrum Master experience, Agile Coaching experience, SAFe certification preferred
• Top 3-5 Skills Needed: Communication, Facilitation, Agile Coaching, Neutrality & Obstacle Remover
• Top 3-5 Soft Skills for culture fit: Guiding a team with influence (without authority), identification and removal of blockers, creating psychological safety and enabling team performance
• Any certifications required?: SAFe SM or SP preferred
• The Scrum Masters job is to facilitate Agile team events & progress toward team goals, remove impediments to facilitate flow and coach to high performing teams. The SM is a key role within an Agile delivery team as it removes any impediments that obstruct a team s pursuit of its sprint goals and ultimately deliver a product that generates business value to CoBank customers and associates.
