What we do

Our company has been a part of Frontier’s exciting, new campaigns to expand High-speed Fiber Internet service in 25 states. With a goal of 10 million locations by 2025, new service areas will connect residential and commercial business territories.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the field supervision, development, and overall execution of a geographically dispersed outside sales team. You will oversee sales activities & focus on enabling sales success for each member of your team. You will lead from the front and act as a force multiplier for your team by removing obstacles, motivating, performance managing, and providing support at an individual level.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and lead a team of internal and contract sales professionals (D2D, multifamily, and community engagement), tracking and improving results each month through motivation, headcount growth, and vendor engagement.
  • Assign territory to sales professionals while managing KPIs and sales activity within the assigned territory.
  • Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with fiberoptic internet.
  • Travel up to 25% as necessary.
  • Beat our competition and delight our customers every day.

What background you should have: 
  • Ability to motivate, lead, & drive a sales team to success
  • Proficiency in the English language, encompassing reading, writing, & speaking
  • Exceptional interpersonal & professional communication skills and organizational aptitude
  • Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint; able to learn the use of new technology stack tools with ease
  • Ability to accommodate non-traditional work hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Capability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities, even in adverse weather conditions, using a dependable personal vehicle
  • Capability to work outdoors for extended durations regardless of the season or inclement weather
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, maintaining a satisfactory driving record according to Company standards, and having auto insurance
  • Proficiency in completing documentation with precision
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services
