The licensed therapist evaluates and treats patients and communicates with patients, clients families, and other team members while maintaining documentation of services in the medical record. The PT must evaluate and treat patients based upon physician orders while developing treatment plans with functional, goal based outcomes per state practice act and reimbursement regulations.
Must posses a positive attitude and be a team player who can communicate well with all parties involved in the patient's care.
