Rolla Health and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing home community located in Rolla, MO, has been rebranded to Aurora Health and Rehabilitation. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced part-time Hairstylist (weekdays)
Work Schedule: 

• 2 to 3 days per week, 4 to 6 hours each day 
• Must be available Mondays through Fridays and conform to the days and hours per week as noted above

Our team consists of highly motivated, extremely dedicated team players who roll up their sleeves and take initiative. We value excellent communication skills; a bias for action; and agility to change and adapt as necessary. As the person who enhances the grooming aspect of our residents, this role is responsible for creating a unique and caring one-on-one experience that goes beyond the functional. This position occupies a critical apect of Aurora Team.

The successful candidate will:

• Be currently licensed
• Possess an excellent work history and prior relevant experience (minimum 3 years)
• Not shy about working with older clients and their various physical, psychological, and emotional needs
• Is familiar with long-term care / nursing home environments
• Be agile and change-resilient with our fast-paced culture
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with fellow staff members, residents, and family members
• Is able to provide tactful feedback while graciously accepting feedback, too. (Our residents can be bold communicators!)
• Must undergo background screening prior to starting
