SRZ Reach is Hiring a Hospital Liaison Near St. Louis, MO

SRZ Management Reach LTC is seeking an experienced Hospital Liaison. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who will be able to build professional relationships with key referral sources. This individual will be a liaison for our SNF locations and post-acute care facilities including hospitals, LTAC(s), acute rehabilitation centers, working with inpatient care corrdination, case management teams and similar; and will also have a role in community marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and have at least one year of experience in a Long Term Health setting. Responsibilites:

  • This position requires the candidate to review clinical documentation to screen/evaluate patient referrals from acute care facilities for acceptance to skilled nursing location(s)
  • This role focuses on census development by expediting the timeliness of acceptance responses and increasing the volume of acceptances
  • This role will be primarily working via computer in a remote setting, so computing knowledge as well as the ability to self-motivate and work independently is essential
  • The ability to represent the company and facility locations positively in communication with referral sources is a vital part of each candidate's responsibilities
  • In-person meetings attendance and coordination and attendance at various events will be require

You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business ADministration or Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a healthcare liaison or successful sales experience in healthcare environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with acute hospital, rehab hospitals and local healthcare market preferred.
