Sales Coordinator Addendum:

  • Work with the Sales Manager to maintain, develop, or improve census levels to meet or exceed budgeted go
  • Responsible for the hospital referral process and coordinating the admission process with the community Sales Manager by responding to patient referrals from hospital case managers and reviewing medical records and payor sources.
  • Generate referrals and cultivate relationships with potential referrals and referral sources.
  • Utilize SNF Tracker for tracking referrals, including diagnosis, acceptance, reasons for denials as well as lost referrals.
  • Provide reports and analysis of hospital referrals on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct systematized, proactive follow-up with patients, families, and hospital case managers
  • Serve as the point of contact for incoming referrals from hospital and referral sources and respond within the identified timeframe.
  • Prepare for and conduct bedside visits and follow-up phone calls with prospective residents and families, meetings with case managers and referral sources
  • Promote community to prospective patients and families and coordinate tours as needed with the facility prior to SNF stay.
  • Assist with developing and planning all marketing events, including open houses, community classes, health fairs, special events, community outreach activities, etc.
  • Participate in hospital visits for all Nazareth residents/patients who are admitted to the hospital.

    Responsibilities

    Maintains, develops, or improves occupancy levels to meet or exceed budgets goals. Serves as a contact for incoming inquiries from prospects and referral sources and responds to inquiries. Prepares and conducts appointments, meetings, and tours with prospective residents, families, and referral sources. Coordinates apartment turnover processes with staff, prospects, residents, and/or families. Provides reports, analysis, and tracking of marketing programs, events, online activities, etc. Develops and plans all marketing events, including open houses, community classes, health fairs, special events, and community outreach activities

    Qualifications

    Qualifications Required

    • Associate’s degree in marketing, sales, communications, advertising, or related business field.
    • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in sales, or related business field.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, communications, advertising, or related business field.
    • Housing sales experience.
    • Experience leading, coaching, and developing staff.
