Assistant Dietary Manager

Position Summary: Assistant Dietary Manager Long Term Care/Assisted Living

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Long term care experience preferred

• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility

• Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.

• Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
