Westhill Newnan Crossing is a luxurious Assistant Living and Memory Care community located in Newnan Georgia. Westhill Newnan Crossing offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.
We are seeking a Concierge that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication, and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.
In the role of a Concierge, you will serve as a frontline ambassador, providing excellent customer service to all community residents, guests and staff. The incumbent will greet visitors, answer the telephone, provide information of a general nature, and perform various resident-focused tasks.
Shift Availability:
Monday- Friday 1:00p- 7:30p
Saturday, and Sunday 7:30a- 7:30p
Requirements
Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must have 6 months of experience working as a concierge in senior living.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening
