What does this position do?
The Senior Full-Stack Developer (LAMP) position comes with a high degree of autonomy and constant opportunities to participate in both user experience and technical and architectural design. Our ideal candidate is one who is versatile in their ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. They should be eager to tackle new problems while having a positive approach to leadership, teamwork, and a drive to deliver solutions in a fun and dynamic workspace.
Working with the Chief Technology Officer this person will:

• Develop internal and external APIs that provide data to our applications
• Improve performance for both client-side and server-side components
• Participate in decision-making concerning software architecture and design
• Build backend processes that communicate with other services and databases
• Web development including front-end, back-end & business logic
• Participate in code and design reviews
• Mentor and assist in the training and onboarding of junior developers
• Collaborate with colleagues on technical implementation and process improvement

What else?

• 5 years of coding experience in a LAMP stack with demonstrated proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred)
• Strong understanding of PHP, web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 and writing cross-browser compatible code
• Expert knowledge of technical analysis and design principles for building scalable applications
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills along with the ability to multitask
• Extensive experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment
• Experience building RESTful web services using Web APIs
• Strong experience with Git versioning tools

The annual salary range for the position is $85,000 - $115,000.
This position will require at least three in-person days per week in our New York office. Applicants must be located in or near New York or able to commute to our Soho office as needed.
