Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Chargezoom campaign tech support/customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, troubleshooting software/hardware problems, and providing timely and effective solutions.

Chargezoom enables B2B businesses the ability to eliminate their dependency on spreadsheets and streamlines their financial operations and reporting. Chargezoom's Account Receivable automation reduces friction when collecting payments from customers, resulting in getting paid 70% faster on average.
Responsibilities-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
-Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products or services
-Provide step-by-step instructions and guidance to customers to resolve their problems
-Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments for further assistance
-Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
-Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer support experience
Requirements:
1. Must work 35-40 hours a week
2. Ability to learn quickly and take initiative. (Not required but savvy to technology is preferred)
3. In office is preferred
