- Participation in Training Program:
- Actively engage in a comprehensive training program for mechanical coaxial cable splicing and RF activation.
- Attend theoretical sessions, hands-on training, and practical exercises.
- Demonstrate an enthusiasm for learning and mastering mechanical coaxial cable splicing techniques and RF activation principles.
- Seek to understand and apply the training content effectively.
- Prioritize safety protocols and guidelines during training sessions, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety in all aspects of the work.
- Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address issues that may arise during mechanical coaxial cable splicing and RF activation activities.
- Communicate effectively with the training team, asking questions, seeking clarification, and sharing insights as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- Enthusiasm for learning and gaining expertise in mechanical coaxial cable splicing and RF activation.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with trainers and fellow trainees effectively.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Willingness to work a rotating day and night shift
- Previous experience in a related field.
- Additional certifications or coursework related to telecommunications and cable industry.
- Familiarity with RF activation principles and equipment.
- Knowledge of advanced mechanical coaxial cable splicing techniques.
