SPS Consulting is Hiring a Call Center Agent Near Silver Spring, MD

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services.

Duties:
1 operating a telephone and computer program simultaneously to schedule transportation for clients;

2. screening clients for eligibility;

3. processing, proofing, and reconciling provider invoices;

4. responding to telephone inquiries about the program;

5. making transportation referrals as appropriate; verifying and confirming clients’ transportation requests;

6. develop reports as needed;

7. processing incoming/outgoing mail;

8. other related administrative duties as required to accomplish the goals of the program

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in sales or call center environment is a plus
