Sprinklr is Hiring a Remote Solution Consultant

What You Will Do:

Sprinklr is looking for a pre-sales Solutions Consultant who will partner with Sales on our large enterprise accounts. Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers. 

As a Solutions Consultant, you will partner with Sales to uncover a customer’s current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklr’s platform. You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr’s business value to customers at all levels. You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customer’s technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems.

  • You will be a key member of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our enterprise and mid-market customers. You persevere (never give up attitude) and possess a winning mindset in all that you do. 
  • You will attend client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes. We passionately genuinely care.
  • You’ll bring your creativity to build compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer’s required capabilities and deliver presentations virtually and in person.   • Experience in a presales role at a SaaS company. We are customer-obsessed.
  • You’ve been successful in marketing, advertising, customer care, business intelligence or commerce spaces
  • You’re familiar with CRM, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence, and Social Media.
  • You’re methodical and meticulous in your approach, preparation and execution of what you do both personally and professionally. You persevere (never give up attitude) and possess a winning mindset in all that you do.
  • You are intellectually confident with a track record of being in the top 10% of what you do both personally and professionally. You persevere (never give up attitude) and possess a winning mindset in all that you do.
  • You are fearless, allowing you to keep pace with our fast-moving markets while advancing us in the Customer Experience revolution.
  • You possess a growth mindset and are curious in your approach to life. You demonstrate a desire to learn and embrace coaching to continuously adapt and evolve.
  • Experience in creating large complex enterprise wide software sales deals or relevant industry experience. Your strong operational background will leverage your process driven sales approach, consistently producing track records of meeting and exceeding goals.

You have the innate ability to relate to, connect and build relationships for a lifetime.
