Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and components. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing your knowledge of logic controllers and other technical systems - Fabricate and weld components as needed - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or customers - Supervise external contractors when necessary - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role - Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge - Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques - Familiarity with CMMS software preferred - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and troubleshoot effectively - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
