Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a member of our Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on manufacturing equipment to ensure their safe and efficient operation. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
-Perform mechanical as well as electrical installations and repair on all machinery throughout the plant.

-Perform preventive maintenance on machinery in line with established programs and schedules. Must be able to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot machine problems to prevent serious mechanical failures.

-Perform maintenance on all safety guards and devices including the wiring of all electrical devices to meet NEC codes.

-Perform troubleshooting of PLC controlled equipment

-Maintain proper records on all machines and maintenance work including assisting in the establishment and maintenance of a spare parts inventory as well as the specifying and procurement of spare parts.

-Perform work of an equal or lower classification as required.

-Support all LEAN initiatives and Kaizen events as required.

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

-Must be able to interpret complex machine drawings and wiring diagrams, use advance shop math, utilize a variety of measuring instruments, mechanical and electrical, and have a good knowledge of mechanics and electrical wiring.

-Must possess own basic hand tools, combined with a Company tool replacement program; other tools provided.

-A minimum of two to three years prior manufacturing maintenance experience required.

-Must be able to lift or move light to heavy weight materials up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
