This position will be responsible for maintaining the facility and grounds in a safe, clean and attractive manner. This includes identifying and implementing water/electric conservation measures, maintaining all equipment, tools and facilities in compliance with corporate policies, coordinating new building plant projects, troubleshooting and repairing major facility mechanical issues and assisting architects and engineers with new building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Use power tools and other hand tools to complete repairs.
• Use other construction methods and materials as required for a specific repair or project.
• Read and interpret blueprints or other instructions to determine scope of repairs needed.
• Research, troubleshoot, and solve problems with machines, tools, or building systems.
• Prepare annual budget for maintenance staff.
