We are seeking a highly professional and skilled Account Manager for our Chicopee Branch. The Account Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and management of an assigned portfolio of commercial and residential landscape maintenance accounts. 

• Establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and potential clients. This position will be the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients to ensure creative solutions, satisfaction and quality work.
•  Ensure client satisfaction through routine and detailed site inspections, clear and effective communication and a consistent focus on relationship building.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
• Develop estimates and sell enhancement projects for irrigation, maintenance, annual color, holiday decor, renovation and design build projects for new and existing clientele.
• Monitor and ensure job budgets and weekly/monthly job costs are on track and report results to upper management.
• Project Management including sales, procurement, sub-contractor relations.
• Assist in collecting assigned accounts receivables.
• Coordinate and manage snow operations including procurement of materials, staffing and routing.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and generate new leads.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US with or without sponsorship.
• 5 years previous experience in the commercial and/or residential landscape business.
• Experience and knowledge of regional plants, best management proper horticultural practices, and irrigation systems.
• Must be able to develop competitive estimates using company estimating system; analyze and perform take offs of blueprints and/ or field measurements, determine material, labor, equipment, and sub-contractors required for projects.
• Basic computer and smart phone knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
• Must have a clean MVR.
