Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a commission-based position, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on your sales performance. If you are passionate about food, have a knack for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including retail stores, restaurants, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase our hot sauces and seasonings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
  • Passion for food and culinary experiences, with knowledge of hot sauces and seasonings preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
