Serving communities in Vermont (Windsor, Windham, Bennington counties) and New Hampshire (Sullivan and Cheshire counties), Springfield Medical Care Systems, Inc. (SMCS). SMCS is the primary care resource for a population of over 65,000 residents. SMCS is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing service at and through thirteen service locations in South Eastern Vermont and South Western New Hampshire.

Located near prime ski resorts, and offering a myriad of outdoor activities, Bellows Falls, Vermont is a picturesque Northeastern, small town with deep historic roots and a vibrant local arts scene. Boston is located two hours away providing easy access to world-class entertainment, culture and dining.

SMCS is in search of a Registered Nurse for one of it's busy office practices located in Bellows Falls, VT. The qualified applicant:

Demonstrates the ability to maintain patient flow in the office.

Demonstrates the ability to respond to requests for information in an appropriate way.

Under direct supervision and direction of the practitioner, demonstrates the ability to perform procedures in the office setting.

The RN will apply critical thinking skills and consider alternatives in the delivery of patient care.

Develop and maintain human relationships and integrate the influence of the human experience of health, illness and /or healing.

Apply leadership skills appropriately.

Incorporate teaching in the delivery of care and demonstrate competence in health promotion, and

Manage self and resources effectively.

Requirements

RN license in the state of Vermont

ADN or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
