We are seeking the following:
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate CNA or DSP driven to provide "Best in Care" to our patients. An ideal candidate will be driven, capable of working collaboratively and independently, and maintaining a high standard of care and quality of life for our residents. The Managing Team coaches and educates caregivers on different approaches to caring for those with cognitive issues and who cannot perform ADLs independently. An environment with a very hands-on approach from management. Both properties are managed by our Owner, Director, and Nurse Leadership.
Qualifications:
We will accept CNAs, Patient Techs, DSPs, and caregivers with demonstrated work experience enrolled in CNA programs.
There is a commensurate pay scale based on experience and certification. The starting pay range is $18.52 to $22.00 per hour with 3 increases within the first 90 days of being hired after meeting set goals. We also offer profit-sharing bonuses to employees who achieve quarterly goals!
