Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of physician.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
- Knowledge of pain management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
