We're looking for an exceptional Area Manager to join our growing team at Springbone!

Springbone is a quickly growing brand of healthy fast casual restaurants specializing in nourishing bone broth and better-than-homemade bowls. We're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our team members.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide operational leadership and guidance to 4-6 restaurants in your assigned area.
  • Foster a culture of positivity, growth, and accountability, where every team member feels valued and heard.
  • Coach and develop restaurant managers, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Ensure operations run smoothly, upholding our high standards for quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operation, with a focus on practical implementation and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to financial success by implementing optimal labor scheduling and cost-control strategies, while ensuring consistent food quality and a welcoming guest experience that drives sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant teams, guests, and the local community.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned restaurant manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a multi-unit operation.
  • A proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams, achieving operational goals, and driving financial performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and efficiency.
  • A genuine passion for healthy eating and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
