Spring Village at Summerhill is looking for a Memory Care Activities Coordinator to fill our full-time position. Hours may be flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing activities for residents in a senior living community.
- Coordinate and facilitate group activities, such as games, crafts, and outings.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and engaging environment for residents.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities and schedules.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide support to seniors.
- Knowledge of aging issues and experience in social work or counseling is preferred.
