Now hiring a Director of Lifestyle & Resident Engagement – Newly Build, Luxury Assisted Living Community.

We are looking for a Director of Lifestyle & Resident Engagement to join our team at Spring Hills Livingston as soon as possible. Spring Hills Livingston is a newly build, luxury assisted living community in Livingston, NJ with a grand opening in January 2023!

Director of Lifestyle & Resident Engagement - Position Summary: Director of Lifestyle & Engagement will be responsible for creating a one of the kind experience for our residents and will oversee event planning, vendor selection, will plan and organize residents trips and more. This position reports to the Executive Director and is supervises the Engagement Services departmental staff.

Director of Lifestyle & Resident Engagement - Duties:

Plans, develops, and implements resident lifestyle programs within the community as well as through outside trips and events.
Interviews residents to determine their past and present interests and talents, as well as their satisfaction with the community’s programs and activities.
Utilizes outside community resources and independent contractors to enrich the variety of programs made available to residents.
Develops and manages the annual department budget.
