Position Summary:Assist the Director of Resident Care with the coordination and management of the Nursing program, enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity. This position reports to the Director of Resident Care and provides supervision to the caregiver and nursing staff as delegated.
Essential Functions:
§ Assists in hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining and terminating departmental associates in accordance with Spring Hills, LLC Human Resources Policies.

Experience and Education: An associate degree; and or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid LPN or RN nursing license for the state practiced in. A valid Registered Nursing license if practicing in the state of New Jersey. A background in Dementia is required.
